A: The My Chevy Community is a panel of Chevrolet owners from across the U.S. who have volunteered to share their opinions. Panel members are contacted periodically to participate in online research events. Direct consumer feedback is critical to improve and expand Chevrolet's product portfolio, increase customer satisfaction, and impact future automotive decisions. The My Chevy Community is powered by Focus Vision. Focus Vision is the world leader in custom online panels, private online communities, and interactive research.

Q: How do I join the My Chevy Community?

A: Please visit the website to sign up to become a panel member. Click the "Join Now" button to begin a short survey which will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Your responses to the questions in the survey will allow us to determine the events for which you may be eligible. All information you provide will be used for market research purposes only, you will not be exposed to subsequent sales calls.

Q: Is there a cost to become a member of the My Chevy Community?

A: Membership is free and voluntary. You may opt-out at any time.

Q: How do I remove myself from the My Chevy Community?

A: Included on each invitation and newsletter that we send you is a link to unsubscribe. Use that link to discontinue your participation in the panel.

Q: Will my personal information be kept confidential?

A: Absolutely. We will not share any of your information with external parties, except in rare cases where required by law. Please see General Motors’ Privacy Policy for more information.

Q: What are the benefits of being a member of the My Chevy Community?

A: Your opinions will directly influence future products and services. Also, you will earn entries into quarterly prize drawings by participating in surveys and online discussions.

Q: Are government agencies privy to our surveys/polls and the results?

A: No. The My Chevy Community is not affiliated with the government in any way.

Q: What does Chevrolet do with my survey results?

A: Survey data is compiled from all participants. No personally identifiable information will be used; your answer will only be used in the aggregate with other survey responses. The results are reported to the appropriate internal teams at Chevrolet in order to help design, build and sell the world's best vehicles.
